David Hartwich
David brings over 20 years of experience across technology, project management, and human development. Originally establishing Ivolv in 2006 alongside senior corporate roles, he transitioned to full-time consulting in December 2025.
Currently pursuing a PhD in system psychodynamics through NIODA and actively mentoring students at RMIT, David's work is underpinned by both academic depth and real-world delivery.
